GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the provision of services at Ozi Spa & WELLNESS in Lublin.
2. All individuals present within the premises of Ozi Spa & WELLNESS are required to adhere to these regulations and comply with the instructions provided by the staff.
3. The current price list of services, which forms an attachment to these regulations, is available on-site and on the Ozi Spa & WELLNESS website.
4. Ozi Spa & WELLNESS assumes no responsibility for items left behind by clients.
5. The purchase of services from Ozi Spa & WELLNESS constitutes a declaration by the client that there are no contraindications to receiving the service, and that the client has read, understood, and accepts the terms and conditions of Ozi Spa & WELLNESS.

RESERVATIONS
In light of COVID-19 and to ensure the comfort of all clients, we kindly request that appointments be made at least 12 hours prior to the desired treatment time. Reservations can be made by calling:

VOUCHERS

1. Vouchers purchased from Ozi Spa & WELLNESS are valid for three months from the date of purchase. After this period, they may still be redeemed upon payment of an additional fee equal to 50% of the voucher’s value.
2. If a client makes a reservation using a voucher and fails to attend the appointment, the voucher will be considered redeemed and is non-refundable.
3. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual without the prior consent of Ozi Spa & WELLNESS.

OPENING HOURS
Monday: Closed
Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

A surcharge of 50% of the treatment cost will be applied to services provided outside of standard opening hours.

LATE ARRIVALS
Treatment reservations are held for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. If the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, Ozi Spa & WELLNESS reserves the right to cancel the reservation or shorten the treatment duration without reducing the price of the service.

CANCELLATIONS
Clients may cancel their appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled treatment time without incurring any charges. If a cancellation is made 6 hours prior to the appointment, Ozi Spa & WELLNESS reserves the right to charge 50% of the treatment value. For cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment, Ozi Spa & WELLNESS reserves the right to charge 100% of the treatment value. Ozi Spa & WELLNESS also reserves the right to adjust its opening hours as necessary.

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR TREATMENTS

• Pregnancy and menstruation
• Skin conditions (generalized or purulent)
• Cancer
• Bleeding, hemorrhages, or risk of occurrence
• Hemophilia
• Varicose veins
• Vascular disorders
• Untreated hypertension
• Atherosclerosis
• Inflammatory conditions (e.g., Rheumatoid Arthritis in an exacerbated state)
• Bacterial, viral, or parasitic infections
• High body temperature (39°C or above)
• Early post-injury or post-operative conditions
• Acute inflammatory conditions

Clients are obliged to immediately inform Ozi Spa & WELLNESS staff of any discomfort, ill feelings, or contraindications that may prevent them from receiving a massage.

LIABILITY OF OZI SPA & WELLNESS

1. All services provided at Ozi Spa & WELLNESS are intended solely to enhance well-being and physical condition and do not constitute healthcare services under the laws of the Republic of Poland. Advice from massage therapists is not to be construed as medical advice.
2. Ozi Spa & WELLNESS reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if the client’s health condition, visible contraindications, or inappropriate behavior (e.g., intoxication, aggression, or inappropriate propositions) are observed.

FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Ozi Spa & WELLNESS reserves the right to make amendments to these terms and conditions.
2. Photography and video recording are prohibited on the premises of Ozi Spa & WELLNESS without prior consent from Ozi Spa & WELLNESS management.
